개인정보처리방침
Catch Pin은 호주 한인 업체를 찾고, 이웃과 쉐어·중고·일자리 글을 나누는 앱이에요. 개인정보는 꼭 필요한 만큼만 받아요. 업체 둘러보기와 검색은 로그인 없이 쓸 수 있고, 로그인은 별점을 남기거나, 즐겨찾기를 계정에 저장하거나, 커뮤니티에 글을 올리거나, 채팅할 때만 필요해요. 이 방침은 호주 개인정보법(Privacy Act 1988)의 호주 개인정보 원칙(APP)을 따라요.
받는 정보와 쓰는 곳

별점은 이름 없이 평균 점수로만 보여요. 누가 어느 업체에 몇 점을 줬는지는 업체나 다른 사용자에게 공개하지 않아요.
사진은 직접 고른 사진만 올라가요. 앱이 사진 보관함 전체를 읽거나 저장하지 않아요. 사진 보관함을 열 수 있게 허락해야 사진을 고를 수 있고, 허락하지 않아도 다른 기능은 쓸 수 있어요.
하지 않는 것
- 개인정보를 팔거나 광고 회사에 넘기지 않아요.
- 연락처와 위치 기록을 모으지 않아요. 사진도 직접 올린 것 외에는 모으지 않아요.
- 광고 추적 도구를 쓰지 않아요.
- 채팅 내용을 광고나 분석에 쓰지 않아요.
- 법에 따른 요청이 있을 때만 수사기관 등에 제공해요.
함께 쓰는 서비스
- Supabase: 계정, 프로필, 글, 사진, 채팅, 별점, 즐겨찾기, 업체 정보 저장. 서버는 호주 시드니에 있어요.
- Google, Apple: 로그인
- Expo, Apple 푸시 알림 서비스(APNs): 푸시 알림 전달. 알림 주소와 알림 내용이 이 서비스를 거쳐 가요
- Open-Meteo: 날씨 정보 (대략적인 좌표만 전달해요)
- Google 지도: 지도 표시
- Expo: 앱 업데이트 전달
이 서비스들의 일부 서버는 호주 밖(예: 미국)에 있을 수 있고, 각 회사의 개인정보 보호 기준을 따라요.
보관 기간과 삭제
- 회원 탈퇴는 앱의 내 정보 › 회원 탈퇴에서 바로 할 수 있어요.
- 탈퇴하면 계정 정보, 프로필, 즐겨찾기, 남긴 별점, 내가 올린 글과 채팅 대화를 바로 지우고, 백업에서도 30일 안에 지워져요. 올렸던 사진 파일은 보관 장소에서 정리하는 데 시간이 걸릴 수 있어요.
- 글은 올라간 기간(보통 30일)이 지나면 목록에서 내려가요. 내려간 글은 내 활동에서 다시 볼 수 있어요.
- 다른 사람이 신고해 처리 중인 대화는 처리가 끝날 때까지 보관할 수 있어요.
- 업체를 열어본 기록과 검색어는 계정과 연결되지 않아서, 순위 계산을 위해 최대 12개월 보관한 뒤 지워요.
- 업체 제보로 등록된 업체 정보는 개인정보가 아니라서 남아요.
내 정보 보기, 고치기, 문의하기
내 정보를 보거나 고치거나 지워달라고 하려면 catchpin.au@gmail.com로 연락해 주세요. 닉네임과 프로필 사진은 앱의 내 정보에서 직접 바꿀 수 있어요. 30일 안에 답할게요. 답변에 만족하지 못하면 호주 정보위원회(OAIC, oaic.gov.au)에 민원을 낼 수 있어요.
연령
만 16세 미만은 계정을 만들 수 없어요. 업체 둘러보기는 누구나 할 수 있어요.
방침이 바뀔 때
중요한 내용이 바뀔 때는 시행 7일 전에 알려드려요.
ENGLISHPrivacy Policy
Catch Pin is an app for finding Korean-run businesses in Australia and for neighbours to share rooms, used items and job posts. We collect as little personal information as possible. You can browse and search businesses without an account; you only need to sign in to leave a rating, save favourites to your account, post in Community or chat. This policy follows the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988.
What we collect and why

Ratings are shown only as anonymous averages. We never reveal who rated which business.
Only photos you choose are uploaded. The app does not read or store your photo library. You need to allow photo access to pick a photo, but the rest of the app works without it.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your information or share it with advertisers.
- We don't collect your contacts or location history, and we don't collect photos other than the ones you upload.
- We don't use advertising trackers.
- We don't use your chat messages for advertising or analytics.
- We only disclose information when required by law.
Service providers
- Supabase: stores accounts, profiles, posts, photos, chats, ratings, favourites and business data on servers in Sydney, Australia.
- Google, Apple: sign-in.
- Expo and Apple Push Notification service (APNs): deliver push notifications. Your notification address and the notification text pass through them.
- Open-Meteo: weather (we only send approximate coordinates).
- Google Maps: maps.
- Expo: app updates.
Some of these providers may process data outside Australia (for example in the United States) under their own privacy standards.
Retention and deletion
- You can delete your account at any time in Me › Delete account.
- Deleting your account immediately removes your account, profile, favourites, ratings, your posts and your chat conversations; backups are cleared within 30 days. Uploaded photo files may take a little longer to clear from storage.
- Posts leave the lists after their listing period (usually 30 days). You can still see them in your Activity screen.
- A conversation that someone has reported may be kept until the report is handled.
- Viewing records and search terms are not linked to accounts and are kept for up to 12 months.
- Business listings created from suggestions are not personal information and remain.
Access, correction and complaints
Email catchpin.au@gmail.com to access, correct or delete your information. You can change your nickname and profile photo yourself in Me. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Age
You must be 16 or older to create an account. Anyone can browse businesses.
Changes
We will notify you at least 7 days before any significant change takes effect.
