Catch Pin은 호주 한인 업체 정보를 모아 보여주고, 한인끼리 일자리·쉐어·중고 글을 나눌 수 있게 하는 무료 서비스예요. 앱을 쓰면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봐요.

서비스 내용

• 업체 검색, 카테고리·지도 보기, 즐겨찾기, 항목별 별점, 업체 제보와 정보 수정 요청을 제공해요.
• 커뮤니티(일자리·쉐어·중고 글), 글 작성과 사진 올리기, 다른 사용자와의 1:1 채팅, 알림을 제공해요.
• 업체와의 예약, 결제, 거래는 사용자와 업체가 직접 해요. 사용자끼리의 거래(쉐어, 중고 등)도 당사자끼리 직접 해요. 앱은 결제를 받거나 전달하지 않고, 운영자는 그 거래의 당사자가 아니에요.

계정

• Google 또는 Apple 계정으로 로그인해요. 한 사람은 계정 하나만 쓸 수 있어요.
• 만 16세 이상만 가입할 수 있어요.
• 글쓰기, 채팅, 별점 같은 참여 기능은 로그인과 닉네임 정하기가 필요해요. 보기만 할 때는 로그인하지 않아도 돼요.
• 회원 탈퇴는 언제든 앱에서 바로 할 수 있어요. 탈퇴하면 내가 쓴 글과 채팅도 함께 지워져요.

커뮤니티 이용 규칙

글, 사진, 채팅 메시지는 사용자가 직접 올리는 내용이에요. 다음은 금지예요.

• 사기, 허위 글, 불법적인 물건이나 서비스, 위험한 물품을 올리는 것
• 먼저 돈을 보내라고 요구하거나, 비밀번호·인증번호·신분증 같은 개인정보를 요구하는 것
• 욕설, 비방, 괴롭힘, 차별, 위협
• 음란하거나 폭력적인 내용, 다른 사람의 사진이나 개인정보를 허락 없이 올리는 것
• 같은 글을 반복해서 올리거나 광고만 올리는 것, 채팅으로 원치 않는 메시지를 대량으로 보내는 것

신고, 차단, 조치

• 글, 사용자, 채팅 대화는 앱에서 신고할 수 있고, 사용자는 차단할 수 있어요. 차단하면 그 사람의 글이 보이지 않아요.
• 운영자는 신고를 24시간 안에 확인해요. 규칙에 어긋난 글은 지우고, 반복하거나 심하면 계정을 정지해요.
• 서로 다른 3명이 신고한 글은 확인하는 동안 자동으로 숨겨져요.
• 새 글은 운영자가 확인한 뒤에 게시돼요. 거절되면 이유를 알려드려요.
• 채팅은 신고가 들어온 경우에만 운영자가 해당 대화를 확인해요.

내가 올린 글과 사진

• 올린 글과 사진의 책임은 올린 사람에게 있어요. 내가 올릴 권리가 있는 내용만 올려 주세요.
• 글과 사진을 앱 안에서 보여주고 운영하는 데 필요한 범위에서만 쓸 수 있도록 허락해 주세요. 글을 지우면 그 허락도 끝나요.
• 정확한 주소는 기본으로 비공개예요. 거래 장소는 채팅으로 직접 정해요. 만날 때는 사람 많은 곳을 고르는 등 안전에 주의해 주세요.

별점과 제보 규칙

• 직접 이용한 업체에만 별점을 남겨 주세요.
• 자기 업체나 이해관계가 있는 업체(가족, 직원, 경쟁 업체)에는 별점을 남길 수 없어요.
• 대가(할인, 선물, 돈)를 받고 남긴 별점은 금지예요.
• 제보는 사실인 정보만 보내 주세요.

금지하는 행동

• 여러 계정을 만들거나 다른 사람에게 부탁해서 별점을 조작하는 것
• 앱의 업체 정보를 자동으로 대량 수집하거나 다른 서비스에 그대로 옮기는 것
• 서비스 운영을 방해하는 것

어기면 해당 별점, 제보, 글을 지우고, 반복하면 계정을 정지할 수 있어요.

업체 정보의 정확성

• 업체 정보는 운영자가 직접 확인하거나 사용자가 제보한 내용이에요. 업체마다 마지막 확인일을 표시해요.
• 영업시간, 가격 등은 바뀔 수 있어요. 중요한 일은 방문 전에 업체에 직접 확인해 주세요.
• 별점은 사용자들의 의견이고, 운영자의 평가나 추천이 아니에요.
• 커뮤니티 글은 운영자가 모든 내용을 보증하지 않아요. 거래 전에 직접 확인해 주세요.

책임의 범위

호주 소비자법(Australian Consumer Law)이 보장하는 권리는 이 약관으로 제한되지 않아요. 그 밖의 범위에서, 앱에 나온 업체와 사용자 사이, 또는 사용자끼리의 거래나 분쟁에 대해서는 운영자가 책임지지 않아요.

서비스 변경과 중단

기능을 바꾸거나 서비스를 종료할 수 있어요. 서비스를 종료할 때는 30일 전에 앱 안에서 알려드려요.

준거법

이 약관은 뉴사우스웨일스(NSW) 법을 따라요. 한국어판과 영어판의 내용이 다르면 영어판을 기준으로 해요.

별점 운영 원칙

별점은 돈으로 살 수 없고, 운영자도 점수를 바꾸지 않아요.

• 가격, 품질, 친절 세 항목에 1~5점을 줘요. 품질 항목 이름은 업종마다 달라요(식당은 맛, 미용은 시술 등). "다시 갈 건가요?"는 선택이에요.
• 글 후기는 받지 않아요. 한 계정은 한 업체에 한 번만 남길 수 있어요.
• 별점이 하나라도 있으면 평균을 보여줘요. 몇 명이 평가했는지 항상 같이 보여줘요. 평가가 적은 업체는 순서를 정할 때 평균을 조금 보정해서, 한 명의 점수로 맨 위에 서지 않게 해요.
• 업체는 별점을 지우거나 바꿀 수 없고, 누가 남겼는지도 볼 수 없어요.
• 유료 노출이 생기면 항상 "광고"라고 표시하고, 평점 순 정렬에는 영향을 주지 않아요.
• 운영자는 다음 경우에만 별점을 지워요: 조작이나 대가를 받은 별점으로 확인된 경우, 업체 관계자가 남긴 경우, 남긴 사람이 탈퇴한 경우, 업체 주인이나 업종이 바뀐 경우. 낮은 점수라는 이유로는 지우지 않아요.

Catch Pin is a free service that lists Korean-run businesses in Australia and lets the community share job, share-house and second-hand posts. By using the app you agree to these terms.

The service

• We provide business search, category and map views, favourites, ratings by aspect, and business suggestions and corrections.
• We also provide a community (jobs, share and second-hand posts), posting with photos, one-to-one chat between users, and notifications.
• Bookings, payments and transactions happen directly between you and the business, or between users. The app does not take or pass on payments, and we are not a party to any transaction.

Accounts

• Sign in with Google or Apple. One account per person.
• You must be 16 or older.
• Posting, chatting and rating need sign-in and a nickname. Browsing does not.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app. Your posts and chats are deleted with it.

Community rules

Posts, photos and chat messages are written by users. The following are not allowed:

• Scams, false posts, illegal or dangerous goods or services.
• Asking for money upfront, or for passwords, verification codes or ID documents.
• Abuse, defamation, harassment, discrimination or threats.
• Sexual or violent content, or posting others' photos or personal details without permission.
• Repeated duplicate posts, advertising only, or bulk unwanted chat messages.

Reports, blocking and enforcement

• You can report posts, users and chat conversations in the app, and block users. Blocking hides that person's posts from you.
• We review reports within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules and suspend accounts for repeated or serious breaches.
• A post reported by 3 different users is hidden automatically while we review it.
• New posts are published after we review them. If one is rejected we tell you why.
• We only look at a chat conversation when it has been reported.

Your posts and photos

• You are responsible for what you post. Only post content you have the right to share.
• You allow us to display your posts and photos in the app and use them only as needed to run the service. Deleting a post ends that permission.
• Exact addresses are private by default. Agree a meeting place in chat and take normal safety precautions, such as meeting in a public place.

Ratings and suggestions

• Only rate businesses you have used.
• Do not rate your own business or one you have an interest in (family, staff, competitors).
• Ratings given in exchange for discounts, gifts or money are not allowed.
• Only suggest accurate information.

Prohibited conduct

• Manipulating ratings with multiple accounts or by asking others to rate.
• Scraping business data or copying it into another service.
• Interfering with the service.

We may remove ratings, suggestions or posts that break these rules and suspend repeat offenders.

Accuracy

• Business information is checked by us or suggested by users, and each listing shows when it was last checked.
• Opening hours and prices can change. Please confirm with the business before visiting.
• Ratings are users' opinions, not our endorsement. We do not guarantee community posts; check before you transact.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, we are not responsible for transactions or disputes between users and businesses, or between users.

Changes and closure

We may change features or close the service. We will give 30 days' notice in the app before closing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales. If the Korean and English versions differ, the English version applies.

Rating policy

Ratings cannot be bought and we never change scores. Averages are shown from the first rating, always with the number of people who rated; when ordering lists, averages from few ratings are smoothed so a single score cannot put a place on top. Businesses cannot remove ratings or see who left them. Paid placements, if offered, are always labelled "Ad" and never affect rating order. We only remove ratings that are manipulated or paid for, left by people connected to the business, left by deleted accounts, or when a business changes owner or type. We never remove a rating just because it is low.
